Thank you for shopping with YanezCreations Candles & Gifts. Each order is handled with care to ensure your items arrive safely and beautifully packaged.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, or vendor events), processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues beyond our control.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily use trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.

Shipping for Multiple Product Types

Please note that your order may arrive in separate packages if it includes a combination of:

  • Candles or wax melts
  • Journals or physical books
  • Digital products (delivered via email, no shipping required)


Digital Products

All digital items (such as downloadable journals) are delivered via email immediately after purchase.
No physical item will be shipped for digital orders.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos (if applicable), and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Warm Weather Shipping (Important for Candles)

During warmer months, candles may be affected by heat during transit.
We take precautions in packaging, but we are not responsible for melting caused by extreme temperatures.
